I am flexible and willing to work with any and all budgets, so let’s have a discussion!  I do not stick to hard-and-fast rates or packages because every event is unique and is thus entitled to tailored pricing.  For further explanation as to how the total coordinating cost is determined, here is a comprehensive list of what expenses and services are to be considered…

- Unlimited email, phone, and text communication upon contract signing

- Venue site visit (by myself or with the couple)

- 1-2 hour consultation two weeks before the event date

- Customized wedding rehearsal itinerary

- Customized day-of wedding itinerary and event packet

- Travel expenses (gas, ferry, flight, etc.) to and from the event venue (potentially applicable to the site visit, rehearsal, day-of event, and the day after)

- Hotel accommodations (dependent upon venue location)

- 1-2 hour wedding rehearsal the day (or days) before the event

- 5 working hours (minimum) on the day of the event

- A coordinating assistant(s), as needed

- 1-3 working hours on the day after the event (additional clean-up, vendor management, etc.)
